Candle Making Workshops - FAQS

Can I change the date of my workshop?
Please request any date changes at least 5 working days ahead of your booked workshop. If you're ill or cannot attend the workshop last minute please email toastthebrand@hotmail.com so that we can let you know your options.

Can I get a refund on my workshop ticket?
As per our T&Cs, please note workshop bookings are strictly non refundable.
However, if you are unable to attend the workshop we will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking with at least 5 working days notice via email before your booked slot at toastthebrand@hotmail.com

What if I turn up late to a class?
Though we ask you to please arrive on time, we’re happy to accommodate latecomers up to 10-15 minutes past the class start time.

Can I choose my candle name and scent on the day of the workshop?
Absolutely! At our workshop you get to choose/custom make your chosen scent along with personalising your label.

How many people will be attending my workshop?
Our candle making workshop guest capacity at Warren Farm is 6 guests.

How long will the workshop last?
Our candle making workshops are usually around 90 minutes.

Can I bring a plus one if they haven't booked? 
Our workshop space only has the capacity to hold booked guests.

Can I bring food to the workshop? We kindly ask that you don’t bring your own food. We provide nibbles and refreshments for everyone to enjoy during the workshop.

Can I take my candle home with me on the day of the session? 

Absolutely! After making your candle, it will need around 30 minutes to set. While it sets, you can enjoy a hot drink, some nibbles, and we’ll print out your personalised label. Once your candle is ready, we’ll go through the final step together - wrapping, customising, and adding your label - so you can take your beautiful candle home.
