Shipping + Delivery 

United Kingdom - Items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. We are a small independent business that makes every item by hand. Occasionally during busy periods it may take us a little longer to get your order dispatched. 

Standard UK Delivery - please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive. All deliveries are 48hr tracked and delivered by Royal Mail. (Please allow a little longer during busy seasonal periods) 

Ireland (Republic) - All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked, please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive after despatch. (Shipped within 1-3 working days)

International Shipping - We currently only ship to the UK, Australia and most part of Europe. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked, please allow up to 7 Business days for your order to arrive after despatch. International orders may incur customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Info - If your package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Returns & Refunds - We do not currently accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, please email us with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement. Shipping fees are non-refundable
